Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, wrong or missing items. If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Email hello@pauca.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging (for a missing item, a photo of what arrived). Refunds go to the original payment method.
