These Terms of Service apply to your use of this store (pauca.shop), operated by Pauca, and to any purchase you make here. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, for a pricing error or suspected fraud); if we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full. Product colors and dimensions shown are as accurate as we can make them, but small variations may occur.

Shipping
We ship to the US only. Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.

All sales final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing, email hello@pauca.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund, as described in our Refund Policy.

Use of the store
You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this store, including text and images, belongs to Pauca or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.
